CSR Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSR Agent. As a CSR Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing support across various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with potential customers and initiate sales conversations.
  • Upsell products or services using persuasive selling techniques.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized & customized solutions as per their requirement.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Process customer inquiries, demands, and requirements efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions.

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using customer support software, databases, and other relevant tools.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Flexibility to work in night shift EST time, Five days a week.
