Google Shopping Ads and Merchant Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google Shopping Ads and Merchant Ads Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Shopping and Merchant Ads campaigns. Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI through strategic campaign management and optimization techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as a Google Shopping Ads and Merchant Ads Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform, specifically in setting up and managing Google Shopping and Merchant Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools, bid management tools, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with feed management platforms, such as Google Merchant Center or feed management tools.
- Experience in optimizing campaign performance, including bid management, budget allocation, and audience targeting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
About You
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using customer support software, databases, and other relevant tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Flexibility to work in night shift EST time, Five days a week.
