Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales channels, ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our ecommerce business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and optimize the performance of our online platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Walmart, eBay, and Newegg to maximize sales and brand awareness.
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform listing optimization strategies for the respective product.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to enhance searchability and attract relevant traffic.
  • Ensure up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels of the respective product across all assigned platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, such as promotional campaigns, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory, fulfillment, and shipping processes for e-commerce orders.
  • Utilize analytics tools and reports to track performance metrics and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and sales.
  • Stay proactive in resolving any platform-related issues, including technical glitches, payment disputes, or policy violations.

About You

  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms and driving online sales.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, digital marketing, and user experience optimization.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and CMS (Content Management System) tools.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and order management systems (OMS) is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of ecommerce trends, technologies, and industry developments.
